Kış için hazırlıklara tam gaz devam ediliyo köyde. Bugün yufka ekmek yapıyorlar kışın yemek için. Sabah erkenden kalkıp hamurunu yoğurdu annem. Tandırıda yakıp ince ince açmaya başladılar yufka ekmekleri.
İncecik açılan ekmekler önce sacın üstünde pişirilip sonra ateşin içine konup nar gibi kızartılıyor. Ben en çok bazlamayı seviyorum. Biraz daha kalın açılıp piştikten sonra tereyağlanıp tuzlanan ekmek dürüm haline getirilip mis gibi yeniyor😋
Sonrada gelsin kaloriler gelsin kilolar 😣 Telafisi olur inşallah. Yarında sular kesik olmazsa şeftali ve erikten pestil yapmayı planlıyor annem. Onunda paylaşımını yapabilirim umarım.
