Vatandaşlar üretici firmalarla yaşadıkları sorunları halledebilmek için sık sık tüketici hakem heyetlerine başvurmaktadırlar.
Tüketici hakem heyetleri ilçelerde kaymakamlık içinde , illerde ise valiliklerde bulunmaktadır.Bu anlaşmazlıklardaki parasal değerler ;
- 2400 TL ve altındaki tutarlar için İLÇE HAKEM HEYETLERİ
- 2400 TL ile 3610 TL arasinda ise İL HAKEM HEYETLERİ
- 3610 TL ve üzeri tutarlar için TÜKETİCİ MAHKEMELERİ
ilgilenmekteydiler.Ancak artan tüketici hakem heyetleri şikayetleri yüzünden bu limitleri yukseltme kararı alınmıştır. Cunku piyasadaki en ufak cep telefonu sorunu için bile insanlar tüketici mahkemelerinde sürünmek zorunda kalıyordu.Sene başından itibaren valilikten yapılan basvuru limiti 6000 TL civarına çıkartılacağı duyuruldu.Ayrıca artık E-Devletten de vatandaslar tüketici hakem heyetlerine basvurabilecekler.
