25 grams butter
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 water glass powdered sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
3 water glasses Fame
1 unit egg
1 package baking powder
Key point
If you have cooked dough time, prepare for 30 minutes in the fridge. The cookies you prepare later will be more crispy and they will cook before they break up.
Cooking Advice
Divide the dough you prepare into two equal pieces without cocoa. After adding cocoa to a half of the dough, knead the two doughs after the knead and prepare variegated cookies.
How is it done?
Take the butter that you have left in the room temperature. Add olive oil.
Mix the powdered sugar and egg mixture until creamy.
After mixing the flour, cocoa and baking powder in a separate container, add buttery mixture.
Knead all material until dough is collected. You should get a soft and easily shaped cookie dough.
Cut the pieces from the dough you have prepared in the size of a walnut and shape them in the palm of your hand.
Beat the egg flush in a small bowl. Get a separate tray for the thinned hazelnut.
The cookies you find on the eggs are dipped into the thinned nuts and then intermittently placed on the oven tray where you cover the substrate with greasy paper.
In a pre-heated 180-degree oven, cook for 15-20 minutes and then remove the cracked cookies from the oven. Serve warm or hot. Share with your loved ones.
