Öncelikle mayalı hamurdan olan ekmeklerimizi tavada pişiriyoruz.
Sonra 6-7 kat olacak şekilde her katına hazırladığımız kıymalı harcı döküyoruz .
Sonra servis yapıyoruz . Yanına biz ayran tercih ettik ama Kayserililer sarımsaklı yoğurt ile yiyormuş.
Yemeside biraz zahmetli aslında ama lezzeti o kadar güzel ki tüm bu zahmetli kısımlar unutuluyor
.
Denememiş olanlara tavsiye ederim.:))
