Bizim yörede (Bursa ve civarı) Sıraca olarak adlandırılan bu mantar kum kahve rengindedir. Genelde meşe ağacı diplerinde yetişir.
Gayet lezzetli ve faydalı bir mantar olan sıraca mantarını kızartarak veya sulu yemeğini yaparak yiyebilirsiniz. 😋
