3 Dalga Kahvecilik - Chemex

Kahve içmeyi seviyor musunuz? Eğer bunun cevabı evetse size önereceğim birkaç şey var. Büyük ihtimal kahve alışkanlığınız Nescafe gibi 1. dalga kahveler veya Starbucks gibi 2 dalga kahvecilerle oluşuyor. Size şunu söylemeliyim; içtiğiniz şey kahve değil.

Öncelikle 3 Dalga kahvecilikte en önemli olan şey, kahvenin taze olması. Ayrıca birden fazla demleme yöntemi ile alabileceğiniz tadlar değişebiliyor. Burada size tavsiyem kahveyi nasıl bir ortamda içtiğinizi bulmanız. Ofis ortamında iseniz chemex tavsiye ederim. Eğer 1 veya 2 kişilik bir ortam (ev vb.) için kahve yapmak istiyorsanız; kesinlikle Hario V60 yöntemini tavsiye ederim.

Kahve demlemenin emek ve sabır istediğini hatırlatayım. Kahve aletlerini almadan önce güzel bir mekanda bunu denemelisiniz. Özellikle size demleme sırasında neler olduğunu ve mümkünse o aletlerle sunum yapan yerlere gitmenizi öneririm.
