Kaju kaju elmasının sapıdır. İlk gördüğümde çok şaşırmıştım. Bildiğimiz yediğimiz elmaların çöpe attığımız sapı gibi kaju elmasının sapıda böyle bir kuruyemiş.
Kaju çok faydalı bir kuruyemiştir.İçerdiği C,E,K ,B6 ve B12 vitaminleri yanı sıra fosfor,potasyum,magnezyum ve demir gibi mineraller açısından da zengindir.
