Tarife geçicek olursak;
Tavuk göğsü kıyma halıne getırılır ve biraz patates rendelenir. 
Pulbiber , karabiber ve tuz eklenir. Bir yandan da hamur yoğurulur. Hamur için un , tuz, su ve maya koyulur. Miktarını ben kafama gore yaptım. 😃
Yumuşak güzel bir hamur oldu ve tepsime göre açtım.
Karısımı ve uzerıne tereyağı koydum. Fırınladım.
Ve sonuç çok güzel oldu. 👍 Elime sağlık.

Ama anacığımdan çok uzaktayım. Hoş, yanında olsam da artık yaşlılıktan hastalıktan hamur işleri yapamıyor. Başka kim yaparsa da yapsın, bir insanın annesinin yaptığı gibi olmuyor hiç bir şey...
Bu arada sizin malzemeler biraz farklıymış :) Bizimkiler klasik patatesli veya peynirli (çökelek) olurdu. Hani nadiren patatesli olana ara ara küçük kuşbaşı kavurma etler serpiştirilirdi bonus niyetine :)
