I would love to hear peoples thoughts on the philosophical side of this problem. So the doa had a flaw in their logic, and someone found and exploited that flaw, and "claimed" a ton of peoples money. I think that the hacker stole from a lot of people that are not wealthy and in my opinion that was an a shitty thing to do, at the same time i dont know if that gives us the right to claim the money back because the doa developers made a logic error. My understanding is he didn't violate any of the rules the doa followed he just exploited them for his benefit. So does that give us the right to break the rules that ethereum and cryptocurrency were founded on? I dont know what the answer is but i would love to hear your thought.
