In this video we look at why it's important to understand that the notion of an instrument being over bought is silly.

When trading instruments move their RSI above 69.1 (or above RSI 70 as is the default area on most charts) they should not be sold but in truth this is where they start to pick up momentum and truly begin to more higher.
