Pukis is one of the traditional cakes that are in demand by the people of Indonesia. Soft texture and delicious taste is tempting the tongue.
Pie cake that comes from Banyumas, Central Java, has a distinctive shape and color. The top is yellow and the bottom is brownish.Cakes made from egg dough, sugar, flour, yeast, and coconut milk, are very fitting paired with a cup of warm tea.
