chicken estu is a traditional recipe in village it was mostly made in festival of Eid we can make estu of chicken and also we can make muttion estu now i gonna share it recipe 1 chicken 2 garam masala 3 ginger 4 garlic 5 oil 6 salt to tast 7 onion slice etc in gram masala we need red chill 2 black paper 3 long 4 alaichi n other gram masala .mixed it properly and fry it untill it is brown colour like this 😊
fry it 30 minute and when it is fry properly oil comes up then it means it is cooked like this 
after that it is ready to eat service it and enjoy 😋😋😊
