Today’s sparing session in Crawley points - semi contact was good having one of my students with me .
Crawley karate probably one one the best schools apart from mine in the area producing multi world, European, and British champions 16226BA8-5605-42FE-9AF5-60D675658846.jpeg yesterday session was light contact in Cobham B589D60A-093B-42C3-8FE6-BFF377AC30AC.jpeg I’m so lucky And great full to have these amazing people around me they keep me at the top of my game keep me on the podium .
