Bangladesh – Upon inking an agreement with EkkBaz, Igloo Foods Limited has begun the training process of using the EkkBaz Business app. With EkkBaz’s Chief Operations Officer, Shariar Mhaboob, spearheading the training session in Igloo Foods’ office, EkkBaz’s Field Operation Officer guided the Sales Representatives of Igloo Foods accordingly.
The briefing included tips on how Igloo Foods should deliver and track orders from retailers using the app’s ‘Order’ function, as well as to manage its customers conveniently through the ‘Customer’ feature. Embedded in the app is a daily sales report that Igloo Foods will receive to optimise their day-to-day work.
In empowering its customers to troubleshoot issues conveniently, EkkBaz has advised Igloo Foods to access its support site. The site also serves as an e-guide for potential and incumbent customers on how they can get on board the EkkBaz Business app on their own.
