I started seriously training/lifting in October. When I started lifting my weight was only 63 kg and my height was 189 cm. So 63 kg wasnt the normal weight for me. I ordered training plan and started training 4-5 days a week. I ate healthy food, partied hard and made an awesome body transformation. I managed to gain 10 kg only with 4 months. Right now I don`t have much time to train because of the work and school but I think that I will be on the gym again in May. Deffinitely I gonna make posts about my trainings and food I eat daily.
