Training this week has been tough, very tough in this heat leaving me very tired and fatigued although I been drinking lots of water still feel dehydrated and drained
Drinking this beetroot smoothie helped cool me down while giving my body all its nutritional values ! In this smoothie there is one beet trimmed and peeled, 1 apple, 1 celery stick, a cup of carrot juice, and a piece of ginger. I would rather a smoothie of blended fruit and veg than any other on the go alternatives..... heat itch and nutrition goes alongside training for me, so I am always looking for new healthy on the go foods/snacks AE524A39-9AE0-4ACE-9E36-1E127405CF36.png
