I'm pretty sure you all have heard or read it before.
I'm a network marketing pro and pretty darn proud of the profession.
Unfortunately, this beautiful profession has got a lot of negative attention and a negative bias is all around us.
Even leaders in the industry are teaching their group the methods that will damage a lot of people.
Why? Because they are all recruitment driven and don't give much whether or not their new sign up would be successful or not. All they need are a handful that will build their fortune. It is why the statistics in this industry are horrible.
Frankly, if that would be reality, I wouldn't want to have anything to do with it.
But, non standard as I am, I refused to accept 'it's just a numbers game'. I believe, like I did back in corporate life, it always is a people game. If people feel good, if people thrive, you will thrive as results are simply natural progression.
So, I've spent 4 months on building a training platform for my group. And, opposite from what you see too often, where top earners SELL training to their team, I believe in giving value. So no one in my group is paying anything.
Within my company there are 4 teams in Europe. My platform, Training Galaxy, launched early May. In May my group created 57% of the total growth in Europe. Pretty impressive.
But it even got better: we did the calculation today and for June, with still 3 days to go, that percentage went up to 88%!
Yes, we are crushing it! And team Upstream members are excited, because everything is about their dreams, and the dreams of people they talk with. Nothing is being pushed, no one ever feels like a pushy sales person!
