Tranditional Early morning in Macau

茶樓 is an tranditional restaurant where is historical and full of memories for Macau people. Specially for the elder local people. Chinese retired elder people has got an habit that meet friends (with a bird maybe ) and begin their happy one day. In Chinese sentence we got an word "水滚茶靚" that means when the tea with boiling water. It's the best way to make the tea perfect taste.
Usually people will have some dimsum with the tea taste as their breakfast. So we called it in Chinese "一盅兩件" that means usually we can eat two pieces of dimsum in one dishes. Coz only for breakfast and they won't eat too much.

In fact , food is not the point of it, Tea is. People's would like to meet each other , communicated with each other and taste perfect tea . Talk about their story and share their life for each other, whatever good or bad.
人情味 means people will care each other even for the stranger. But nowadays is less and less. Bird cages can 't be shown over there anymore coz of the viruses. less people to there coz much more restaurants has that service specially with air conditioner in summer. Only left was memories.
