Trans-women inmates should not be in women's prisons.

I've been saying for over a year, that biological males are gaming the system and identifying as women to get into women's prisons. This is apparently transphobic and to my surprise, a lot of people agree?

What I said was in this context -- that maybe -- just maybe, some biological males will game the dumb system in order to get into women's prisons.

Especially in nations like Canada, where this study originated, and Spain, and states like Washington, were males aren't even required to go on HRT, and can even just identify as non-binary in order to get into a woman's prison, this is the point I was making.

How am I not surprised that nearly 45% of trans women (assuming they really are trans women) in Canada are convicted sex offenders and rapists?

This is the point that I've been making for years now. The trans activists often label asking for evidence as transphobic.

Well, when it comes to rapists asking to be housed in women's prisons, I've maintained that we need to ask for some freaking evidence. The media asked for zero evidence in regard to Scott A. McLaughlin, who murdered and raped (in that order) his ex-girlfriend, and spent several years in prison before Missouri decided to open the door to men being housed in women's prison. Magically, Scott became Amber. Apparently, I was a transphobe for voicing my skepticism. Even Reason Magazine took it at McLaughlin's word.

I guess it's a radical idea to think that a biological male with a functioning dick and balls, who has been convicted of sex crimes, shouldn't be allowed to serve time in a woman's prison simply on the basis of stated gender identity.

I guess I'm a radical then.
