Islam does not seem to be illegal in establishing the womb of testosterone in the human uterus. However, in the case of Islam, he imposes the following conditions for accepting the child as a legitimate child.

- The embryo implanted in the test tube must be placed in the womb of the wife, and it can not be placed in the womb of another woman.
- In the case of husband's sperm and wife's ovum, it must be born in the life of the husband in the test tube. After the husband's death, the womb can not be transplanted by its semen in sperm.
In this context, the last 8-13 tour, 1407 AH, according to the conclusions taken at the session of the Fiqh Academy of OIC held in Amman, Jordan, on 11-16 October 1986.
After learning about the artificial pregnancy transmission and the opinion of experts and doctors on this subject, and after learning about this, the session has shown that in the present age there are seven methods of transmitting artificial pregnancy. In the context of the session, the following are the statutory illegal methods of accepting the references.

Five After the husband's sperm and the wife's egg, the embryo is made out of it (test tube) and later it is placed in the womb of another's husband's wife.
