There are seeds that lead to absurdity that often seem innocuous or simply semantical.

Why is it that the BBC decided that a rapist's pronouns were so fucking important that they felt compelled to lie and change the victim's words in order to be sensitive to the rapist?

Well, it's because we've rejected individual rights in favor of group sensitivity. It's because we bought into the lie of intersectionality. It's because trans people score more victim points than lesbians; and, people have embraced that idea so firmly that they feel the need to embrace a rapist who happens to be trans at the expense of a rape victim who can't check off as many boxes of oppression. We've rejected the idea that there can be evil people who are also minorities.

That's why this is happening.
