travel through time possible or not?

Im sure many of you already heard about traveling back in time,but the main question is do you believe in it or not?or is it possible ? if it is how can we do it?

First let me tell you what is time travel;)
Time travel is the concept of moving in a certain points of time analogous to hypothetical device known as a time machine, in the form of a vehicle or of a portal connecting distant points in time. Time travel is a recognized concept in philosophy and fiction, but traveling to an arbitrarnt in time has a movementn space, typically using a very limited supprt in theory.
okay back to the topic is it really possible or not?based on my research and study i can say that TIME TRAVEL IS POSSIBLE BUT ONLY TO THE FUTURE.I know you are asking why did i say that it is possibleto travel in the future? first of all traveling to the future is very easy if we have unlimited supply of energy ,why? simply because in order to travel into the future you just need to speed up in the speed of light or maybe faster than the light.You need to build such speed inorder that the things around you will move slower because the faster you move the slower the objects in your environment will be.which in effect it will make you advance in time.but one reason no one has ever tried it its because for example you have that unlimited supply of enery,but you body couldnt survive in such speed. or should i say no thing will ever survive in that speed.
okay now lets go to Traveling to the past. it is impossible to do so because for example you wanted to go back to the past one of the major problem is how will you go back to such a period that already happen. and how could u reverse the movement of time.
second is lets say you may find a way to go back to a certain period and reverse the flow of time a major problem will occur, how will you be able to stop in that specific time? even though you manage to reverse the time flow you couldnt stop to that specifc time qnd there are possibility that you yourself will be vanish in that very period of your travel. why do i say so? okay for example you have created a time machine to go back to the past the question is how will you be able to go back to the time when the past you still didnt create the time machine in that specific time. with it you will automatically vanish.
and last the very reason it is impossible to do so is that there maybe a parallel universe which prevent you fromcdisturbing that specific time frame. which in turn it will either stop u from travelling or make you believe that u are in that time frame which in reality you are not
