A day in Leavenworth, Washington a Bavarian Town

Hello Everyone!

On Saturday, my Fiance and I went to Leavenworth, WA (about 2.5 hours away from Seattle) for their Harvest Day Festival! Unfortunately we did not make it for the parade but I wanted to take the time to share with you all some of the things that we did!

When traveling to Leavenworth eastbound on highway 2, there is this little store just out side of town. This store is called "The Alps" If you like fudge, candy and sauces, this is the place for you!

I have just a few pics of inside the store but I had to make sure I got some, especially a wall of hot sauce! I ended up getting a couple of Ghost Pepper hot sauces that I am very excited to try!

This area of the store is primary, jams, jellies, and mustards.

I took this beautiful panorama when we first got into town when it was sunny!

Here is a screenshot of main street, this is the primary strip of the town where you will find everything, shopping and food. The north of main street you will find more of the hotels and motels which are directly on highway 2.

There is a little Christmas store, where I grabbed 2 quick photos. All year long this is a Christmas store, which is pretty crazy. If you are a fanatic for christmas ornaments you will have a hard time in this store not trying to spend a lot of money!

After a long day of driving to Leavenworth and walking around for about 8 hours, we stopped by one of my top brewerys for a pint and a show! I am drinking a delicious Barley Wine!

Just before leaving we had to take a selfie in from of the brewery but unfortunately you cannot see their sign!

Thank you everyone for taking the time to see what I did on Saturday!

Cheers,
Albert
