Stealth camping for the night. Kinda...

in travel •  6 years ago

So Murder Dog and I made it as far as (just before) the Pennsylvania/Ohio border before we stopped to rest for a bit. We were going to stay at one of the local State parks, which offers free camping, but that would have ended up taking us 50 - 60 miles out of the way. We opted for a rest area instead, which worked out well for someone already getting the hang of stealth camping.

Not my favorite spots to camp, but those Interstate rest stops are sometimes the best for safety and convenience. Only problem is the lighting and the noise, but I personally don't have problems sleeping with those conditions.

Noice! some camping adventures i love to wild camp it is great stems from the prepper in me and my love as a child making dens in the woods lol - :)
