So those must be late-19th or early 20th century; if we consider construction since then, the city must have a really varied collection of architecture. It looks like a wonderful place.

It is, our government can actually earn millions of dollars if they promote tourism specially showcasing the ancient buildings and architecture we have but unfortunately, they don't care about these wonderful places.
My mother's sister lived in a house in Kasur (A small city near Lahore) that was built in 1850 and it is still there :)
