This photo was taken at Lake Toya Japan. Lake Toya is a volcanic caldera lake in Shikotsu-Toya national park. I was taking the boat across the lake and saw those winter wood lands in the middle of the lake. The deep blue sky and the water are separated by those islands, the contrast is beautiful. Suddenly there was a seagull flying across the middle of the island and I was lucky to capture this image.
