This is your opinion, I do live in Thailand for 25 years and I am well aware of the situation. UK foreign office is well known as US and EU to be the one who is manipulating the statistic especially when the country isn't politically correct. My sister lives in the UK since 10 years. She was in London few weeks ago and didn’t really feel safe there. You can’t barely go out at night without feeling like someone is going to harm you for no reason. This kind of situation happens everywhere not only in Thailand. For someone who thinks Thailand is too dangerous, please feel free to move yourself somewhere else.
