I was in Malaysia last December

Been a few days since I last posted here in steemit.
I was thinking what to post for several days and now I've decided to post some pictures of my trip in KL and Melaka.

First off, we went directly to Melaka after arriving at the airport. It's more or less 3 to 4 hrs bus ride.

We came past noon and we're able to take some pictures of the historic sights of Melaka and ate
some local food.

There's a night market that starts around 6pm.

The following day we arrived in KL, we checked in at this beautiful condotel with the majestic Petronas Towers just right at the background

We ate some malaysian food..

This is called prawn mee, which is a dish coming from Penang.

This one is called Tom yum sotong (cuttlefish)noodle. It's kinda spicy though. Hot hot!

We've been to Batu Caves and saw the gigantic 140ft golden statue of Lord Murugan.

We wen't to the gorgeous Pavilion mall and it was we'll decorated just in time for Christmas season.

Just nearby we got KOI milk tea to quench our thirst..

On our 3rd day, we took a tour of the Petronas Towers.

Also later in the afternoon, we went to Genting Highlands which is around 1 hr bus ride from KL.

Before we went up via the Sky Awana cable car we went to check some discounted items in the premium outlets store.

We rode the cable car which was a bit rainy and foggy at that day

We took a stop at a station in which a Chinese temple was built.

We continued to go up at the next stop (technically the last stop) but unfortunately there wasn't much as the indoor and outdoor parks are closed.

Overall, it was a great stay in Malaysia experiencing different cultures from Malay,Chinese and Indian. It's amazing how these people coexist and be able showcase their unique identity in terms of food architecture and religion.
