I am not one to back away from a challenge ........

My poor husband puts up with a lot, he does not know what I will do next All credit to him, he always helps me out particularly when I need a photographer.

I have a number of sisters with a sense of humour and when I was off to Germany a couple of years ago they decided to make my trip a little bit more interesting. Angie how about you do a yoga pose everyday in front of a castle, it has to be a different position each day. and post a photo each day. I was new to yoga at that stage but I accepted, I am into fun.

Well, it was not as easy as I thought. Cold weather cloths are very restrictive I found out, but walking boots, and the coat were not coming off no matter what!

Number one pose was in Frankfurt in front of a Cathedral.

Another pose was in Berlin and it was might cold sitting on the ground doing this pose!

Doing the triangle position in the snow was a new one for me, this photo was taken in Wurzburg,

Then thankfully, I had some company for the Mountain pose in the cellar of a pub in Augsburg. My travelling companions were up for a bit of fun too.

ps: I did not find too many castles in Germany!!

Love and Blessings

How nice to travel with friends like that. Even nicer to be able to stretch. I was never a fan of stretching when I was younger in my martial arts classes, and nowadays I think I would need help straightening back out, lol. Good for you on keeping active. My other half loves yoga too.

Hi practicalthought, I love yoga too, I think you either do or don't - it is hard work to develop flexibility and balance. Haha, youth is a time of impregnability and no thoughts of getting older.

Howdy angiemitchell! those are great! haha, aren't you glad they came up with that idea for you? Those look like darn good walking boots, what is the brand name?

This is such a brilliant idea! It makes the photo's far more funny and interesting than just another picture of someone standing around. I'm actually going to start doing this in my own photo's!

Hi @pencapchew, nice to meet you. I agree, putting yourself out there is fun for you and others. I look forward to looking at some of your photos.

Hi janton, have been away! The brand name for the boots is Aku, very comfortable and still a lot of walking left in them.
