Ni Hao Steemians!

Beautiful skyline

Travelling fills our soul and doing it together with your family makes it even more fulfilling. This was the very first out of the country travel of my daughter, Ayesha. And since this tour is dedicated to her, we opted to go to Hongkong for her to visit the happiest place in the world (Disneyland) which I will be posting some other time. I must say, Hongkong is one of the easiest country to go to if you’re a Filipino because we do not need to apply for a tourist visa.

In this country where Chinese tradition were embraced, foods are superb and your visit here will not be complete if you will not cruise around the Victoria Harbour. We had been to places and this experience was unforgettable to me. Yachting around the harbour and seeing Hongkong’s skyline in a 360 degree view is the perfect itinerary of the day. Why? Because we rode on a Chinese junk boat where we were toured around the harbour for almost an hour. I strongly support RECYCLING of used things for the betterment of our mother earth and this junk boat is an inspiration!

Chinese Junk Boat

We bought our ticket for 100 Hongkong Dollar each 10 minutes before the departure. I always love to go to Vietnam and to sail to their river is my dream. Being able to sail in a different way here in Hongkong makes me feel so happy. Not only that, my daughter who loves water enjoyed the cruise very much.

The Harbour is so busy. You will see a lot of tourists cruising

Beautiful Old Buildings!

We had a great time doing the cruise and it helped us talk to locals and was able to see Hongkong in a different perspective. This trip will never be our last here for sure.

All Photos Are Mine :)

Wishing you all the best!
