Yumthang Vally
Yumthang Vally located in North Sikim, It is also known as Vally of Flower. The flowering season is from March to May, The Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary that is situated here has 24 species of the Rhododendron flowers. When countless flowers bloom to carpet the valley in multicolored hues of rainbow make it a paradice on earth. Due to heavy snowfall Yumthang stay close between December and March.
A hot spring situated on the right side of Yumthang River is a very well-known tourist hotspot. Yumthang Valley is a paradise for nature lovers with a Magnificent picturesque beauty. Rhododendrons and primulas cover the entire valley in every spring
Nearest village of Yumthung Vally is Lachung where accommodation is acailable. Lachung is a hill station You can get jeeps, and buses to reach this place. Lachung and Gangtok is well connected with road
