The following will describe how the blimp works, first the balloon is filled with hot gas or hydrogen until the balloon can bubble and the volume of air in the balloon increases. This means the buoyant force will increase as well. When the buoyant force is greater than the total weight of the balloon, then at that moment slowly the air balloon will rise.
