Contest from @nuoctuong: My Dream Destination is

Firstly, I want to say thanks to @nuoctuong for his contest here.

As a guy getting lost in direction, I found some excitement to join the contest this time.

My dream destination is San Francisco, a city with points of interest and culture. I fell in love at the first time visiting San Francisco, a summer day during my travel in the US.

The "City by the Bay" is well-known for the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bombard Street, and the Twin Peak. During my day trip there, I have visited several places. Although time was short, I was able to put the best of San Francisco in my mind that I wish to travel again, many times.

Here is the iconic bridge of San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, which has a such a long history back to 1937. The bridge is famous for its history and the design. When I was here, a breathtaking scene has welcomed me, a combination of a clear sky and red bridge has a strong impression that I never forget.

They also have a small demonstration of the bridge to let you imagine how it is under the windy weather:

In the middle of the bridge, there is a "Center Span."

The Palace of Fine Arts

After visiting the Golden Gate Bridge, I continued to visit Palace of Fine Arts. Here, I took countless photos due to the beauty of the place. To keep things interesting, I will share only one image:

From the tour guide, I learned that The Palace was built back in 1915 during the Panama Exposition.

I believe that if you ever had a chance to visit The Palace, you will be in awe, just like me.

The iconic street of San Francisco: The Lombard Street

I had known about this famous street for a long time before setting my feet there. It was such a beautiful street that covered in flowers in a zig-zag line.

My view was limited as I was exploring on foot. Therefore, I would like to borrow an image from YoulineMagazine

However, I was able to snap a wonder shot on the opposite of the street:

Lovely, right? You can explore the Lombard Street on foot, but be sure to watch for traffic as cars are still running along this street. As I remembered from the tour guide, a house here may cost more than $10 million.

Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39

After visiting the Lombard Street, I headed to the Fisherman's Wharf and got ready for the boat trip.

At the Wharf, I had a chance to enjoy nice music from a street performer.

As I got on the boat, I was able to see the marvelous view of San Francisco from the river:

And, the famous Alcatraz Prison:

We didn't have time to visit the prison, so I put it on my wishlist for the next time.

Again, let me show you the Bridge, again

I was able to have a "professional selfie" with my camera by helping another traveler taking her picture. She took a photo of me as an exchange.

Twin Peak

Stunned by the beauty of the city, I have no words to express how awesome it was to reach the Twin Peak.

Last place: The City Hall

After visiting the Twin Peak, I got the last location of San Francisco in my tour: The City Hall

The San Francisco team was in a crucial match this day so that people were gathering around the hall and enjoy watching the game together. The tour guide told me, as we departed

"Once you have visited San Francisco, you will always want to come back."

It somehow reminded me of a famous line of a famous song

"You can check out anytime, but can you never leave...."
