A recap of the past year here on Steemit

I wanted to share a collection of the photos that I have shared on steemit over the past year or so in one post. I took the above panoramic photo in Arizona. Its a combination of multiple photos merged together to create a much more detailed and wider view compared to a single photo. Unfortunately we had some clouds in the sky that evening, so you can see a slight brown haze in front of parts of the Milky Way. It was good practice merging multiple photos together to create more of a panorama and I am eager to try this again in other locations.

This is a still from a time-lapse I took in Bryce Canyon a while back, I remember being amazed at how dark it was at night during a new moon in that location.

This was around the same location that I took the first photo at here in Arizona on a different night. They had been doing construction in the area during the day and parked the equipment here at night. It was a lucky find for me and made for a cool photo.

Here is another shot from Bryce Canyon and I was still new to taking photos of the Milky Way.

I do occasionally go out during the day although its much nicer to go out during the night when its summer here in Arizona. I like to scout out locations the would make for good views at night and this is one that I think would look cool at night.

We have some awesome Sunsets here in Arizona and when you have clouds in the sky it makes them even better.

I saw the squirrel hanging out on the most picturesque location and had to get a shot of this guy doing his thing.

This is a shot from Zion National Park and its a place I want to visit again because its a really great dark sky location and it has some amazing landscape.
