Drone BASE JUMP from bridge with Dji Mavic Air in 4k

One good thing drones are useful for, filming BASE jumping! I bought a Dji Mavic Air drone for our BASE jumping trip to the bridge, here is one of the jumps I did with it.

I will be uploading a Halloween edit tomorrow that has more BASE jumps using the drone and many different angles, but for now, here is a cheeky sneak preview of a jump I made with the drone.

I can't document how I got access to the bridge, but here I am walking to the exit point, playing up to the camera haha. I'm not wearing a skirt either, that is my overkill 46" pilot chute sticking out of the BOC. I didn't want to tuck the whole thing in and stretch out the BOC.

Ok so I am at the exit point now, just waiting for the drone to get into position so I can climb the rail and concentrate on the jump rather than the drone.

The first jump I did the drone was too close and all you got was me exiting and nothing else, so I got repacked and did another one within the hour and got it right this time.

Cool little shadow of me once I exit. I do have a better close up from one of my Go Pro cameras but I will leave that for another post.
