Early dinner with Jiri

I will start the 30 days backpacking around mindanao with Jiri and @itinerantph as we plan this before valentines since the typhoon came out and we have to move the date. We finally got a ticket going. Our first stop in Surigao later on will be there in Siargao for the purpose of surfing and beaches.

These two girl who I bumped into this cafe unexpectedly! They're making an itinerary for their trip on the next weekend going to the island in north area of Cebu. I wish I could join. Anyways been to that island many times so would be happy if I arrive Siargao 😊. See you next month ladies😉

Boat to Surigao

Thankfully that I was able to get ticket and good news that typhoon is gone. The only thing I was worried about if I arrive to the island with has no such a good weather. Hoping for typhoon no more! ! We get in the boat at 7pm. We have to travel 12hours long. It's a first time to ride a boat as this one. It has third floor I can't imagine sleeping on the bed like at home can't feel the waves of the ocean. The boat inside is clean and friendly environment. What I just don't like is when you can't sleep because kids are crying plus the noise of a snoring people. Haha! So, instead I wrote something to make time useful than hearing them and doing nothing 😂

@jiri is a funny guy. Makes me laugh all the time. He travel to the Philippines without any plan. So, he join with our travel. You know why he is like this? Because we are exhausted and want to make us laugh while showing his skills in surfing. He volunteer as my instructor of surfing in siargao in fact more excited than I am. Since he always lost things on the travel and bought water gadgets for this trip. He talked a lot of how to make a perfect stand on the puddling board. I see.. I see.. Will see!😉I will tell you if he is good or not. Stay tune! Hahaha

The backpackers

We will arrive in Surigao in the morning. Will stay for 2 days to see the family of @itinerantph and see around. We will heading to Siargao in a few days and spend for some days before moving to another places. The dare of this trip to minimize the travel expenses like not what we do in a normal trip. I will tell you later when it is effective. I am not sure how it will end up. Just the challenge accepted. In the future this will gonna help you for who have tight budget but want to travel. It's a dream to explore around the homeland. Wishing all the best for this challenge.
