Visited the Island of Olango where we enjoyed swimming, relaxing and eating the food that we prepared for the visit.
this place is one of the many fish sanctuary in the Island, where of course fishing and picking any kinds of marine life is strictly prohibited.
It's an amazing place where you need to walk far from the land using this boardwalk made of bamboo and some woods, they also use some big blue drums of water as floater for their boardwalk.
their entrance to the sanctuary started with this area that is full of abundant and green mangroves which is very essentials to the marine life.
And once you reach at the end of that boardwalk there is a bamboo floating house in the middle of the sea were you can rent tables for your group, locals and foreigners also enjoy visiting the place since swimming and diving is allowed.
We're supposed to be travelling South for a roadtrip on our 2 days of rest, minds were changed, I didn't know who among the group decided to postpone it. But nothing to worry because we still had that day and enjoyed not just a family bonding but at the same time a team building since some of my colleauges join us and indeed enjoyed their day.
Fellow steemians try visiting the place as well, I'm sure you'll like it...it is just a 15peso ride of banka from Angasil port to Sta.Rosa port and another 20pesos tricycle ride to San Vicente Olango, 75pesos entrance for swimmers and 250pesos for the group table, no need to pay for a table if you're just a couple.
Hope you'll appreciate this.
Have a blessed Sunday everyone!
Oooohhhhh indeed we need such in our lives
