Early month of August my mother harvested one of Her corn on the field, I missed to eat a boiled sweetcorn to my mother's field. but one thing i would not miss was removing those skin of this sweet corn to produce rice corn.
I jump in to my mother's cage of corn and taking if off the skin of it,before milling those corn to produce rice corn it needs to remove the skin first,after removing the skin of the dry corn they will manualy remove the dry used corn until only the corncobs left.
After doing that all manualy my mother told me they will dry it all again under the heat of the sun before bringing it to the milling machine.
I was not able to see or experience the whole process of milling Rice Corn,because i don't have enough time to stay longer to our mountain province. But experiencing some of those prosseses is such an awesome experience i ever had.
