with posts like this about historical artifacts and past civilization we will think all confused actually what kind of progress is it? and does the ancient people do not progress?
by the way, this is a complete and very good post, makes us want to be there and witness directly

    thanks, well I think it's just an example of the non-linear growth curve of human technology. Throughout history, we had fairly steady progression, if a bit flat. But, it's only until the last century and a half that the pace of things have exploded. We're probably still only at the very beginning or inception of the growth.
