Another great post! I wish I'd known how to use those barbies before I tried it at one of our caravan park stops - didn't oil it, burnt my burgers, long time to clean up, never tried again lol! Safe travels.

thanks @brightongreg. They can be tricky sometimes. I hate it when they go off during cooking and you don´t realize they are off!
There are some easy hacks how to clean them. I struggled as well at the beginning.

The good news here is that we had a warm spell a couple of weeks back and all the snow (half meter plus!) melted off my deck so I could use a proper barbeque to do some cedar planked salmon! It's miserable now so I may have to wait a couple more weeks to do it again!
