  1. Rename the contacts of relatives / important friends in English on your mobile phone. If something suddenly happens to you, the doctors or the police will be able to understand who can they call to. "Mother", "Father" may be more understandable for non-English-speaking emergency staff than "Mommy" or"Daddy".
  2. Issue annual insurance, which includes all countries you are planning to visit and the period of 90 days. Wherever you go, you will always be protected.
  3. Download scans of all important documents on Google drive. If you lose the original, you can print them least any Internet cafe supporting photocopy or at printing services.
  4. Bring 3-5 bank cards with you and keep them in different places. If you lost the main card or it's been stolen - block it, transfer money to the second card and continue your journey.
  5. Make an "introductory" letter in English / Spanish about yourself and your photo - as in the passport. Write who you are, where you are going to. In any situation, it will simplify your communication with the police.
  6. Do you want all the street barkers in all countries to stop annoying you? Learn the phrase "I'm here for work" in the local language, and voila - they are gonna quickly lose interest.
  7. When renting a car/motorcycle, make a photo of all the scratches and dents on your phone before driving.
  8. Download any mobile Emergency application of your choice. It's wide enough to match your needs and service that you may require. Such apps let you press the SOS button, and your GPS coordinates will be sent to the rescuers
  9. Take a wide range of medications in your medicine chest. You never know what will happen to you.
  10. Take an external battery or a power bank with you on a trip. You will always be able to stay in touch even if the electricity is gone for a week.
