My favorite place to be at is the beach. I could not imagine how it would feel to live far from the beach. The beach is where I go to relax, that calming sound of the waves and the beautiful sight of the ocean takes me into a deep relaxation.
My go to spot for paradise near me is Laguna Beach’s Surf & Sand Resort. The property is right on the beach.
The first three photos are the view from the beach that I took facing each side. I really like the shot I got in the first image with the suns reflection on the water. 😎

These last two photos are just pictures I found off of Google to show you guys the resort. I couldn’t find any nice photos without the whole family in them. 😁
Top picture is of the lounge area next to the pool. You can catch some amazing views as you lay back and relax. With a full bar available and the restaurant in the resort called Splashes serves amazing food to go with the views.
For some reason the same old breakfast and morning coffee tastes so much better with the view to go with it. 😁
If you ever come down to SoCal I highly recommend checking out this spot. I been there about 5 times already and I can’t get enough. The location is cut off from the main beach at Luguna Beach, CA by the rocks from the second photo as well as on the other side by Arch Cove as you see in the map below. The beach is never too crowded because of it. The first three photos are near the Halfway Rock.
It can be pretty pricey to stay here but you don’t need to be a guest to go to the restaurant and enjoy the beach for the day. I usually don’t go during Summer that is when the prices go real high. Thats the best thing about SoCal it’s never really to cold you could find a nice week during Spring or Fall to go where prices are half the price of summertime.
My other favorite beaches in SoCal you have to visit. Manhatten Beach favorite beach in LA County to swim at. Santa Monica Pier with iconic Venice Beach next to eachother. Dockweiler Beach to light a bonfire and hangout all night. Newport Beach where the pros go to surf.
