Road Trip to the west coast of the USA

Hey guys,

In 2 days I am leaving on a road trip.

I was wondering if any of you could suggest something to see on our way from San Francisco to the south part of the coast? 

We both like outdoors a lot. Would not mind having fun indoors too.  I wanna stop to get some nice shoes and a dress on my way back. 

Please, let me know in the comments below places that we should go to see .

    Take the scenic route to Big Sur. The garlic festival in Gilroy is happening this weekend as well. There is an outlet of shops in Gilroy the high quality items might be difficult to find.
