People at my work are NOT a fan of this stuff. Matcha flavored stuff is not created equal, that is for sure.

I don't know what Matcha flavoured stuff is - but you can buy Matcha powder in a Asian supermarket and it is very popular on deserts used sparingly - I guess your a chef so I am surprised you don't have experience with Matcha - get to know it and you will love it too
