While traveling in Taiwan, I saw this public restroom monitoring system in the Kaohsiung railroad station and thought it was cool and took a few pictures.
From the display outside the restroom, you can see which stall your loved one goes into and know when she is coming out.
You can also see how many stalls are used and whether someone has washed his hands or not after using the restroom. :-)
Architects can use restroom usage statistics to plan for future size design. So Cool!
