Blog #5 My road to being a lead cabin crew

I'm officially a regular employee of our company today! This is also the month that I will be trained to be a lead cabin crew! So excited!

I'm just so happy that my hardships in becoming a cabin crew finally paid off! Those sleepless nights memorizing thousands of procedures and terms finally paid off! I can still remember and feel the stress that our training gave us 😂 I don't want to experience that again 😂

We cabin crews may look like that we got the easiest job but the truth is we don't. I can't explain further what hardships we have gone through from the application process up to now that we are doing the job. But you know, I think there is no easy job. That's why we must take care of the job thay we have now and find a way to grow at the job thay we are really passionate about.
