An accident occurred in which a customer was burned due to the carelessness of an employee while enjoying a fire show on vacation.
The Daily Mail reported on the 15th that an American woman on vacation in Cancun, Mexico, suffered a second degree burn on her left face and arm while watching a fire show using drinks.
Marisa Daniel was spending the last night of her vacation in Cancun on April 4th with her friends. In the video, the staff arrived at the table, delivered the ordered drink, and showed a special show.
They lit the trays and sprinkled alcohol, and a splendid fire show began. Soon, however, a fire scattered by an employee fell to his friend, and Daniel reached out to rectify it. Then the staff sprinkled the drink over the fire, and a pillar of fire erupted in the direction she leaned.
Afterwards, she was taken to a hospital and treated for burns. He suffered a second degree burn on his left face, ear, and left arm, and even burned his hair. Daniel insisted that the restaurant’s staff did not take sufficient action immediately after the accident. He expressed his desire to take legal action against this.
“The incident happened ten minutes after we arrived at the restaurant,” she said. “We don’t have insurance to cover medical bills right now, and it’s happened in Mexico, so I don’t know what kind of legal help I will actually get in the future.”
