Hello fellow Steemians!

I am here with another round of my photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below. I host this photo challenge twice a week - on Tuesday and Friday.

You can submit your entries in the current round from now until Tuesday, 6 AM (CET). Please, don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

The best 15 entries of the round will be rewarded with my upvote. I will also pick the absolute winner of the round from these 15 photos and reward him with an extra upvote on one of his recent posts published on the Steem blockchain. The winning photo will be also featured as the cover image for the next round of the photo challenge to give the author some more exposure and publicity.

There were many great entries submitted in the last round of the Prague/Czech Republic Photo Challenge and I had a hard time picking the absolute winner. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @ritxi:

This is the main street of Jewish Quarter in Třebíč called Street of Leopold Pokorný, who was a Czech interbrigadist. Although he is a native of Znojmo, he lived most of his life in Třebíč in the Jewish quarter. In 1937 he managed to leave the Czech Republic and the same year he died in defence of Madrid. The Jewish Quarter is really a place with its own magic!

Congratulations, @ritxi! It is my pleasure to upvote one of your recent posts.

Thank you for your submissions everyone. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Front view of the Holy Trinity Church in Radun, a little village found in the Moravian - Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. The origins of this majestic church date back to the late 16th century. I took this photo a few weeks ago.

Every tourist visiting Prague seeks to get to the Old Town Square. From Prague Castle you can walk along the Charles Bridge, and along the Chekhov Bridge. Old Town Square is the center of the historical part of Prague. The total area of about fifteen thousand square meters. Here you can see the buildings of various architectural styles: Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo.

Chateau Třebíč is a national cultural heritage. The chateau was founded by the reconstruction of the original Benedictine monastery during the 16th century. It was then the residence of the owners of the Třebíč estate. Since 2018 the whole complex of the Chateau and the monastery has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Pěkná hra světla a stínu.

Did you know that the town of Jindřichův Hradec in southern Bohemia lies directly on the 15th meridian of east longitude?
My photograph today is from a place where the fifteenth degree of east longitude passes through the city.
As far as I know, the experts have a dispute over whether this is the exact place or whether the meridian is a few arc seconds west.

This magical stream is located in a small town called Potštejn near to a beautiful cottage called Vochtánka. The overall atmosphere of this place is so mystical and breathtaking and I would totally recommend visiting it.

Old city hall, the oldest secular building in Brno, was built in the gothic style. Known for the "badly done" gothic portal or hanging crocodile and wooden wheel in the passage. Coats of arms decorate outside side of the stairs and gallery. For quite low entry fee you can visit fresco hall, crystal hall or tower 62.66 meters high.

Thank you for a win. I really like this photo I took. One of my favorite from Třebíč.
