Let me take this opportunity to present you some of the greatest images that have appeared in my daily Prague/Czech Republic Photo Challenge in the past week.
If you are not familiar with the contest, feel free to check my blog as it is a regular daily photo challenge that everyone can join. I am collecting personal pictures of other Steemians from their visit to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic and rewarding their effort in the form of an upvote.

Silesian Ostrava Town Hall is one of my favorite buildings in my home town and was build between years 1911-1913. Location is just few meters away from center of Ostrava next to Milos Sykora Bridge over river Ostravice. I use to go there for walk with my dog when i was live in Czech republic.

I walked the river several times from Charles Bridge to Jraskuv over. The walk is very nice on both sides of the river. Because there are a number of bridges you can cross the river many times and have different views of the river and Prague. It's also nice to see some of the magnificent architecture of the buildings near the river. I would recommend going for a walk along the river. It's a nice way to visit Prague.

The city of Pilsen. View from the Gothic cathedral of St. Bartholomew, which is the highest cathedral in the modern Czech Republic. Right in the center of the photo is the Pilsen synagogue. Which is the second largest in Europe, after the Budapest. The synagogue can accommodate up to 2,000 parishioners.

A stunningly beautiful old town square with a lot of magnificient buildings. A massive amount of tourists around though. Good place for shopping, eating and architecture that was largely spared from WWII. Fairly crowded even on weekdays so consider going early.

Other photo of Charles Bridge with its typical arches. The image shows one of the gothic towers of the bridge, behind it there are some neo-renaissance palaces, one of them houses the Smetana Museum. At the background of the image there is the National Theater, with its easily recognizable roof.

That is katedrála svatého bartoloměje. originally the church of St. Bartholomew is a Gothic church located on the Main Square in Plzeň, Czech Republic. The church is located on the northern side of the square, which is quite an unusual placing with regard to the era. One of the most beautiful place.

From the top you can see the simplicity of the city of Prague which is the heart of Europe, where its architectural style is characteristic that makes us fall in love with all of us who came to this wonderful country.

The Děd Lookout Tower is situated above the town of Beroun at an altitude of 492 meters above sea level. It was built in 1893 from white bricks. It is 12 meters high and has 56 stairs, and thanks to the grown trees the view is limited only towards Kladno. The tower is open all year round.

Prague Castle in the Evening, Prague. I made this photo of the Prague Castle from the opposite bank of Vltava River using 70-200 telephoto lens. I choose the moment in evening when lights and illumination was just turned on and there was still a lot of natural light from setting sun. I hope you enjoy this photo!

This is the inside view of the prague castle. The inside is a very wide area for housing momuments and offices. To me, this place is wide enough to house thousands of people as they enjoy the beautiful castle.

Prague is an amazing place, it's people, it's buildings and culture are just one of a kind. The old town square was indeed a place that is most fascinating. If you're ever in Prague, do well to check it out.

I know that summer is coming, but today winter picture of observation tower on Smrk Mountain. In Jizera Mountains you can find also a dark-sky preserve, so it means that this area is not polluted by artificial light and is perfect for astronomical observations.

kutná hora, město stříbra a katedrál. Beautiful place with wonderful and amazing cathedrals there and lovely weather. A beautiful city that you can always visit and always find something beautiful. The cathedrals, churches, ossuary, tobacco, scenic aisles, or a lookout tower over the city. loved the place.
