WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged and/or reported to @steemcleaners - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT

Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @lcdoreyes:

Due to its location in the forested Elbe River valley and its architectural design, the dam is one of the most beautiful in the whole Czech Republic and perhaps it was also declared in 1964 a national technical monument.

I rewarded @lcdoreyes winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Not only this is an amazing image but you have also captured a place that I like very much which is Kavarna Slavia. It is a very well known coffee place where famous poets and writers used to hang out in the past. Well worth featuring in today´s edition. Tomas

Thank you very much, Tomas. Unfortunately, I was never in the Kavarna Slavia and did not know anything about the famous people. It seems like a great place to look for inspiration. I'll take a closer look at my next visit. Thanks for your comment about this place. :) James

Trees reflected in a lake in Stare Techanovice, Moravian - Silesian Region, Czech Republic. There is another lake next to it that belongs to Daviduv Mlyn, a popular restaurant where customers can fish their own lunch. The fish are kept in the lake so it is very easy to catch them with a fishing rod.

The Dancing House or Fred and Ginger is the nickname given to the building at the right riverbank for its unusual shape. Standing among Baroque and Gothic houses, it was very controversial when they built it in 1996.

St Ludmila is located in the Vinohrady & Vrsovice area.
St. ludmila has two twin towers. Around ludmila st there is a small park which is well maintained and looks very beautiful. when spring flowers bloom in the yard ludmila. Indeed when I was not with the guide came to st ludmila. But because it is not far from my hotel. I also toured around ludmina st park. I also photographed flowers in the park st ludmila.

The Church of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary at Trávníček, Na Slupi, Vyšehrad, Praha 2, Allegedly the first Gothic church in Prague founded as Gothic from beginning.
The biggest problem for photography in Prague is transportation - tramway, tram wires, traffic lights, signs, railings ... (If you do not fix /edit it/ a photo like me.)
But it's a low price. Charles IV built the city so modernly that on its original ground plan it could withstand all traffic even after nearly 700 years!
Few buildings only had to break down.Prague is not a scansen, but a living city!

Prague famous Astrological clock. I had heard of the clock before going to prague but I never thought I would get the chance to see it. So when I set up my Prague trip I had forgotten it was there. So let me tell you, when I looked up cool shit to see, I was ecstatic that the clock was in Prague. It is a really beautiful sight.

The city of Kutna Hora. The Cathedral of St. Barbara. The construction of the temple took more than 500 years. The church resembles the St. Vitus Cathedral on the Prague Castle, since both were created by masters of the same architectural school. Indeed, much similar in architecture, but still they are different. In addition to the basic details, St. Barbara's temple is also distinguished by the original chasers with a hammer and an apron.

I took this picture in Brno during one of my travels but i honestly cannot recall what structure it is. Nonetheless, the beauty, symbolism and what the picture represent cannot be taken away. I am hoping @czechglobalhosts will help me identify it. It was my first visit to Brno city

Rudolfinum is a Neo-Renaissance building in the center of Prague on Palach Square. The construction took place between 1876 and 1881 and was opened on 7.2.1885. In 1919 -1941 the seat of the Czechoslovak Parliament was here. Currently, the building serves as a concert and exhibition hall. The Czech Philharmonic is housed here. Every year here takes place classical music festival Prague Spring.

Veltrusy Mansion is a baroque château situated near the banks of the Vltava River, about 25 km north of Prague. The mansion was initially built in 1716 by architect František Maxmilian Kaňka for Count Václav Antonín Chotek of Chotkov and Vojnín. The original mansion was extended in 1764 by architect Giovanni Battista Alliprandi on the orders of Count Rudolf Chotek of Chotkov and Vojnín, who also commissioned the interior decoration.

For today i have another Old Town photo .
I have no doubt that Prague is one of the most beautiful citties in the world and so romantic to have a walk in the old Town during the night.

At the entrance of the Pont du 1er mai and facing the Saint Charles Bridge. Superb with its gilded golden statues on the roof. To see among the monuments of Prague. Access is required to get from the other side of the bridge to the Funicular.
I attended an opera in this mithyque theater it was a moment of pure happiness. the place is simply magical and breathtakingly beautiful.

What a wonderful image! Great sharing!

Today I represent the photo of Charles Bridge. Perhaps this is the most famous symbol of Prague. Each guest of the city will certainly walk through this at least once. And no wonder all the roads lead to Charles Bridge!

In this photo I show you the Dalešice water reservoir, it is a pumping water reservoir, which is located on the Jihlava River southeast of Třebíč, whose water level is 22 km long and extends to the village of Vladislav , a beautiful place where you can climb the mountains that are nearby and have one of the best walks and excursions in Czech Republic.

Here is the unfinished Gothic cathedral whose beginning dates back to 1280 plus the Convent of the Poor Clares. The cathedral is located in the so-called Energy Zone No 8.

This is a #monochrome photo.

An old historical area around the royal palace in Prague. You can buy combo tickets for the variety of museums there and what I recommend is an option A ( the first one). Is you are considering visiting this place during winter be ready for cold - there is no heating in almost all the locations. In the goldsmith houses you can find unique souvenirs from the local masters of handicrafts.

Usually I avoid adding pictures of Prague as I think that this city is so famous that doesn't need any recommendation. I also noticed that I don't have too many typical photos from this city. Today picture of main railway station in Prague.

I have only been to Prague so far but would love to see more of your beautiful country. I was staying at a hotel in a square and one day I came back to find this bright orange Lamborghini parked outside a bio food store. I liked the contrast between the old city cobblestones and architecture and the futuristic metal of the car.

As an aside, one of my favorite experiences as a photographer was hanging out for an afternoon at one of the islands in the river. I just sat in the warm June afternoon sun, watching all of the different activity going on around me and snapping a photo or two in the process. It was a very meditative experience and a great memory all these years later.

This is the astronomical clock at the old Prague Town Hall. It dates back to 1410 and is a masterwork of craftsmanship. The clock is 3 stories high and one of the main attractions of the town place.
